Last week in California, Aragon Research held their annual awards show, this year named “Aragon Transform”, continuing their theme of encouraging enterprises to transform their business through thought-leading research and technologies like automation and intelligence.
Aragon Research recognized Bigtincan as the winner of the 2018 Innovation Award for Sales Engagement. The full list of award winners can be found here. We are thrilled to be standing alongside companies like Salesforce, Zoom, and RingCentral.
Winners were chosen by the Aragon Research analyst team, on the basis of the innovation on their core best-in-class technology. At Bigtincan, continuous innovation has always been our focus – product innovation is the fuel that will create lasting value for our customers. Many of these advancements have come through close partnership with our customers on what will move the needle in their business, so we’d like to thank you – our customers – as well, for your insight and collaboration with our team.
We have made leaps and bounds in innovating our award-winning platform, Bigtincan Hub, in 2018, one of the most notable being the industry-leading microlearning and gamification capabilities in Bigtincan Zunos.
“Workforce training and development is critical for organizations today, especially when it comes to strengthening employee retention and ultimately empowering sales teams to drive ROI,” said David Keane, Co-founder and CEO of Bigtincan. “With these learning platform enhancements, Bigtincan is combining Zunos’ mobile-first, learning and onboarding with its AI-powered, sales enablement platform to create a comprehensive learning experience. This blended approach arms sales teams with the skills and trainings needed to drive performance in the digital era.”
Bigtincan has also made strides in 2018 in the areas of ontologies, one of the powerful AI capabilities in our Bigtincan for Salesforce product, and in sales enablement at the SKU level –particularly valuable to companies in the manufacturing, life sciences, and retail industries - with our recent acquisition of Fatstax.
From all of us at Bigtincan, thank you to Aragon Research for this distinction, and we look forward to continuing to innovate in 2019!
